Despite being over 3 years old, the Sportsmed website wasn’t generating enough sales.

Solution

After closely analyzing Google Analytics data, I discovered that no paid campaigns were being utilized. The only traffic source was organic traffic from social media and Google. I implemented pixels and cookies to enhance data tracking and began running targeted paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, using customized audience segmentation.
