Achieve a sustained 4.0x ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) on campaigns after scaling, decrease content production costs, and efficiently increase the volume and velocity of testable ad creative production.

Holistic Hercules, a wellness brand in the highly sensitive health and supplement sector, faced severe stagnation due to strict platform regulations that limited advertising scalability and content testing. The existing user-generated content (UGC) strategy suffered from low creator motivation, resulting in high production costs and an insufficient volume of testable ad creatives.

A compliant, high-velocity content-to-testing pipeline was established, leveraging TikTok's less-regulated environment for rapid testing of concepts (AI-generated and UGC). High-performing videos moved to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with a $1k/day budget. Ads sustaining a 3x ROAS on Meta were scaled to $4k USD/day using a methodology that mitigated the typical ROAS drop upon expansion. Additionally, a new performance-based commission and reward system for creators was introduced to boost motivation and content volume while controlling costs.
